About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud and the Healthcare / Health Sciences domain, along with strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, and Salesforce security.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Salesforce Health Cloud solutions based on business and healthcare requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
Understand Healthcare and Health Sciences business processes and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flow, and Triggers.
Design and implement healthcare-related data models and object relationships.
Work with patient, provider, care team, care plan, and healthcare-related information.
Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integration with external healthcare and enterprise systems.
Implement Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
Develop scalable and reusable Salesforce components.
Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and clients.
Follow Salesforce development standards and best practices.

Required Technical Skills

Salesforce Development

4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous Apex.
Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Good experience with Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and relationships.
Good knowledge of Salesforce security and access management.

Health Cloud / Healthcare

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
Experience in the Healthcare / Health Sciences domain.
Understanding of healthcare business processes and workflows.
Experience working with patient, provider, care team, or care management data is preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare-specific Salesforce solutions and data models is an advantage.

Integration

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
Apex Callouts and Named Credentials.
OAuth and Connected Apps.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications.
Exposure to middleware platforms such as MuleSoft is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Salesforce Health Cloud certification is an advantage.
Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
